1. Digital Item Refunds (Rubik's Vault)
We offer a 14-day refund window for digital items purchased through Rubik's Vault, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unredeemed in any game platform.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Items purchased as part of a loot box or bundle are non-refundable once opened.
- Promotional or discounted items are subject to the same refund terms.
2. Tournament Registration Fees
Tournament registration fees are refundable under the following conditions:
- Full refund: If you withdraw at least 48 hours before the tournament start time.
- 50% refund: If you withdraw between 24-48 hours before the start time.
- No refund: If you withdraw less than 24 hours before the start time or fail to participate.
- If StarkeForm cancels a tournament, all participants will receive a full refund within 7 business days.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund.
- Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Account suspension or ban due to Terms of Service violations.
- Items that have been used, redeemed, or traded on external platforms.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team.
6. Consumer Guarantees Act
This refund policy operates in conjunction with, and does not limit, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a digital product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the time limitations above.
